Last updated: May 25, 2025
1. Service Description
CoderPlan (the “Service”) is an AI API gateway platform for developers. The Service forwards user API requests to third-party model providers, including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, and provides unified authentication, billing, and usage management. The Service does not provide AI models itself and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of model outputs.
2. Registration and Account
Using the Service requires account registration. You agree to: Provide true and accurate registration information and update it promptly. Protect your account password and API Key; losses caused by account leakage are your responsibility. Register only one account per user and not transfer or sell it. Request account cancellation in the dashboard. After cancellation, account information and related data will be deleted except data retained by law.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree to follow these rules: Legal use: do not use the Service for activities that violate applicable laws or regulations. Content policy: do not generate or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content through the Service. No abuse: do not conduct malicious attacks, excessive requests, scraping, or other behavior that may harm service stability. Reasonable usage: use APIs according to actual needs and do not bypass billing or usage limits by technical means. Account security: notify us immediately if your account is compromised or at risk. We may warn, suspend service, or terminate accounts for violations.
4. Intellectual Property
The interface design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property of the Service belong to CoderPlan. Intellectual property of AI outputs generated through the Service is governed by the relevant model provider policies. The Service makes no claim or guarantee regarding AI output ownership.
5. Disclaimer
Third-party dependency: the Service depends on third-party model providers. Model availability, response speed, and output quality depend on those providers, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Content accuracy: AI model outputs may contain errors or inaccurate information. You should independently judge and verify their accuracy and suitability; we are not responsible for this. Indirect losses: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by use or inability to use the Service. Service changes: we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service with prior notice when appropriate.
6. Service Changes and Termination
We may adjust service content, pricing, and features according to business needs. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email in advance. We may terminate or suspend service in the following cases: Serious violation of these Terms. Long-term inactive account with zero balance. Legal or government requirements. After termination, you may request a refund of remaining balance after reasonable fees.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from or related to these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a competent court where CoderPlan is located. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
