How do I sign up and start?
Use the Sign up button in the top-right corner and register with your email. After registration, create an API Key in the dashboard and follow the docs to configure your coding tool.
Which payment methods are supported?
We currently support Alipay, WeChat Pay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT. Choose an amount and payment method on the Top up page in the dashboard.
How can I view usage and cost details?
After logging in, the dashboard logs show each API call's model, token usage, cache reads, and cost details.
What should I do when an API call fails?
Check the troubleshooting docs first because most common issues have documented fixes. If unresolved, email us with the error message and your account email.
What happens when balance is insufficient?
API calls return an error when balance is insufficient. Top up to restore service. You can also configure balance alerts in the dashboard.
Can I request a refund?
Unused balance can be refunded. Contact us with your account email and top-up record, and we will process it after verification.
