Payment information: top-up amount, payment method, and transaction records. We do not store full payment credentials; payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Log data: access time, browser type, page views, and server error logs. OAuth data: when signing in through Google or other third parties, we only obtain necessary account identifiers such as email and avatar.

We use collected information to: Provide and maintain AI API gateway services, including authentication, billing, and usage statistics. Process top-ups, refunds, and account balance management. Sharing may occur in the following situations: Third-party AI providers: when you call models through CoderPlan, API requests are forwarded to the corresponding provider such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. We only forward necessary request content and do not additionally store code content or conversation bodies. Payment processors: top-ups and refunds are handled by third-party payment providers; we retain transaction records only. Legal requirements: we may disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legitimate rights and interests.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: API Keys and passwords are stored encrypted. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access permissions are strictly limited to authorized personnel. Security measures are reviewed regularly and known vulnerabilities are fixed promptly. However, internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be absolutely secure. Please protect your account password and API Key and do not share them publicly.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for: Session management: keeping you signed in. Preferences: storing theme and other personalization settings. Security protection: preventing CSRF and similar threats. Product analytics: when PostHog is configured, we measure page visits, conversion intent, and basic product events to understand whether public pages and product flows are effective. Analytics is an optional side channel and does not affect login, signup, API Key creation, configuration copy, or top-up redirects. You can manage or delete cookies in browser settings and use browser privacy settings to limit analytics scripts. Disabling cookies may affect some features.

You have the following rights over personal information: Access: view account information, API usage records, and balance details in the dashboard. Correction: update account settings and personal information. Deletion: request account and related data deletion, except transaction records and legally required retained data.
