Refund Policy

CoderPlan consumes balance by real API usage. Unused top-up balance can be refunded. Completed model calls, payment channel costs, and used bonus balance are not refundable.
Eligibility
You may request a refund for unused paid balance in your account. Balance already consumed by API calls, used bonus balance, service costs caused by policy violations, or non-refundable third-party payment channel fees are not included in the refundable amount.
Required information
Email us with your account email, top-up time, amount, payment screenshot or transaction ID, and the reason for the refund. We will verify the account, top-up record, and balance details first.
Processing method
After verification, we will prioritize refunding through the original payment method. If the original path is unavailable, we will confirm an alternative with you. Processing time depends on the payment channel and is usually submitted within 3-7 business days after verification.
Abuse and exceptional cases
If an account shows malicious registration, billing bypass attempts, service attacks, abnormal arbitrage, or violations of the Terms of Service, we may pause refund processing until the risk review is complete.
